TIXEL® is a safe, effective and non-invasive fractional skin rejuvenation system powered by Novoxel’s patented titanium tip technology.

TIXEL® can treat the full face including eyelids, neck and any areas in the body safely and quickly. All skin types can be treated, and unlike Lasers, TIXEL does not require the use of protective eyewear as it isn't a light-based technology.

TIXEL® applies a controlled and precise heating to the skin through Thermo-Mechanical Ablation (TMA) technology. The heat results in the controlled formation of tiny micropores in the upper layers of the skin, which stimulate a collagen response that improves skin quality. At a lower setting, the channels formed by TIXEL® on the skin can also immediately be used to deliver growth factors, tretinoin (vitamin A) or lightening agents, with highly enhanced absorption.

What are the benefits?
Compared to fractional lasers, TIXEL® provides a similar effect but with less risk and recovery time, because the pure heat that is applied through TIXEL avoids the burns, carbonisation of the skin and wound that occurs with Lasers.

Pain level and downtime:
We pride ourselves on providing a premium client experience. Topical numbing cream is applied before the treatment to ensure the treatment is well tolerated. Our clients have reported only minimal discomfort during the treatment (some sunburn sensation for 2 hours and redness for up to 12 hours post treatment).

What to expect during treatment:

While TIXEL® is generally well-tolerated with minimal discomfort, most of our clients choose to apply numbing cream for a more comfortable experience.

Tixel® applies natural heat directly to the skin, with a typical facial treatment typically lasting around 30 minutes. The treatment is radiation-free, and there is no smoke, bleeding or skin charring, ensuring a safe and gentle procedure.

What to expect after treatment:

Following treatment, the skin may appear slightly swollen and red for up to 12 hours in most cases, with a mild heat sensation lasting 2 to 3 hours. Downtime is minimal, typically ranging from 0 to 3 days, depending on treatment intensity.

Micro-crusting may develop the following day but can be covered up with makeup until it naturally disappears within a few days.

Post treatment care:

• No makeup should be applied for the first 24 hours after treatment.

• After 24 hours, a high-quality mineral makeup (included in some packages and available for purchase in-clinic or through our online store) can be applied.

• A comprehensive post-treatment skincare kit is included in your package to support healing at home and enhance overall results.
