What is hay fever?

Allergic rhinitis, commonly known as hay fever, is an allergic response to pollens. Typical symptoms of hay fever include itchy or watery eyes, runny or congested nose, sneezing, headaches.

The nasal spray is a safe and proven treatment option among seasonal hay fever sufferers who:

How long does the result last and any side effects?

• The result can last for up to 12 weeks but may vary depending on the severity of the hay fever season and the individual symptoms. A top-up treatment may be beneficial after 4 weeks if the patient has had a partial response.

• The nasal spray has shown no serious adverse or systemic side effects, after over a decade of clinical research and practice.

How does the spray work for hay fever?

A fine mist is sprayed to the nose using a nasal atomiser drug delivery device. It’s a quick treatment that takes about 2 minutes, with no discomfort.

The treatment works by blocking the conduction of nerve signals in the nasal passage which triggers the onset of hay fever symptoms

What is the post-treatment care and downtime?

Please avoid blowing nose, using nasal sprays and vigorous exercise for 4 hours post treatment. Apart from these, the patient does not need any recovery time and is able to resume their daily activities immediately after leaving the clinic.

Booking Fee: A $50 deposit is required when scheduling your appointment. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. If you reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, the deposit may be forfeited.
