Q: What services do you offer?

A: We specialise in advanced anti-ageing aesthetic treatments for both women and men. We provide consultation for wrinkle reduction, facial volume enhancement, skin tightening and rejuvenation treatments and more. Visit our Treatments page for full details.

Q: How do I book an appointment?

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and most debit cards (including EFTPOS). Please note a 1% surcharge applies to all card payments.

Q: Is a fee required for booking an appointment, and what is your cancellation policy?

A: A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, the deposit may be forfeited.

Location & Parking

Q: Where is the clinic located, and how can I find it?

A: Our clinic is located at 26 Hall Street, Moonee Ponds, Victoria, directly opposite Chiba (a popular Japanese restaurant) and three doors down from The Valley Cellardoor, towards Moonee Ponds Train Station. We are just a one-minute walk from Moonee Ponds Central, where Coles and Kmart are located.

We are 7km northwest of Melbourne CBD, easily accessible by car and public transport:

• By Car: The quickest exit from CityLink/Tulla Freeway is Moreland Road.

• By Public Transport: Moonee Ponds Station is a 5-minute walk from the clinic, and bus and tram services are also located nearby.

Q: Is parking available?

A: Yes! There is plenty of free, 2-hour on-street and off-street parking close to the clinic. The basement level (P2) under K-Mart Mall (Moonee Ponds Central) offers spacious parking: free for the first 2 hours, and $5 for the first additional 30 minutes.
